With over six years of experience in luxury spas, Shireen combines refined technique with a deeply personal philosophy of healing. Holding a Master’s degree in Psychology, she is passionate about the mind–body connection and how stress, trauma, and emotion are often stored in the body.

 

Her work is rooted in nervous system regulation, creating sessions that help clients shift out of fight-or-flight and into a state of safety and restoration. Through intentional touch and grounded presence, Shireen aims to support not just physical relief, but whole-person healing — mind, body, and spirit.
